oh man.
if theres one thing i cant stand, its people making unfair comments on their blogs about situations they dont even know the fully about, inside out.
i'm going to flame someone here now.
stand back.
i'm also not afraid to type out her name plus excerpts from her blog to back up what i am about to say.
totally unfair.
so now, i shal dissect her entire blog entry and throw in my two cents worth of what i think about the whole thing.
1. "yesterday we sent off lizzy at jane and benson's house. like a farewell party sorta thing.some of us have seen how dicks suddenly became stuck to lizzy over the past week and personally i find it somewhat wrong. i mean, if u like someone, from the start you would start chasing her."
excuse me. he already DID chase her right from the beginning her and by the looks of it, he has succeeded.
and whats so wrong about being stuck to her for the past week?
leaving is hard for her, but it will be harder if she doesnt have the support of the people closest to her(which doesnt include you, keep that in mind) and thats what dicky has been doing.
following through her last few days with us with her.
EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.
2. "and if any obstacles come in the way, you would still pluck up the courage and continue your pursuit. you do not only suddenly start getting close to her when you find out that she's leaving.. cause if you do, it says sth is wrong about your timing[why didnt you have the courage to chase her when she's not leaving yet?] and by getting close to her, no doubt you wish to spend your last moments with her but by doing so, leaving will be even harder for her right?"
what if the obstacle happens to be her parents?
the very source of her existence.
obviously, YOU dont know how being in their shoes feel like. YOU dont know the difficulties he faced. YOU dont know what he has been through. YOU dont know how bad it was for him.
so in short, YOU arent worth to make such unfair comments about the whole thing.
dicky has balls ok? (means courage la. dont think dirty.)
he has the courage to woo her.
working around every obstacle thrown at him.
he has the courage to possibly give up whatever was left of him and his dignity to stick with her during her last few days with us.
but what if you were him?
i bet my ass you would just give up and sob over the whole thing, doing nothing about it and showing off to the world how many buckets of tears you can produce.
but, no. dicky still continued to go after her in private using different tricks and pulling on the strings of his relations and apparently including close friends of eliz(which doesnt include you yet again).
3. "and its not like ya'll are damn close to her lo. the ppl closer to her arent even crying. [oh please]"
hey! when you love someone, you'll feel like as though theres a special connection between both of you. an unexplainable bond. if you dont have that, obviously its just infatuation.
and of course, hes a really matured guy and he knows what hes doing.
so by right, hes actually MUCH MUCH closer to her than i am.
one more thing, I didnt cry then because i believe that crying then doesnt tantamount to bringing her back and no matter how much you cry, shes still leaving. "isnt she your best friend? arent you sad?" i hear you shriek. i answer yes to both questions. notice that i said i didnt cry THEN. i'll leave the rest to you to figure out.

but i feel that its really unfair to say that of him especially when he has already tried so hard.
and of course which self respecting friend would just sit back and watch such a good friend like dicky get ripped to shreds on someone elses blog and not do anything about it?
